Cases Noves guarantees its customers the minimum rates on its website. With the "Cases Noves Guaranteed Minimum Rate" you can be sure that you will find the best rates published on our website. We are certain that you will not find a lower price and if you do we guarantee to match that rate. What happens if I find a lower rate?

The steps to follow if you find a lower rate are the following:

• Please email us after your booking at www.spainboutiquehotel.co.uk to: info@casesnoves.es writing where you found the lower rate, subject to it being under the same conditions: Type of room, dates, applicable offer, same number of persons and type of lodging.

Prices and conditions of the rooms and reservations

• Prices per room per night, bed and breakfast.
• Prices with taxes included.
• This prices are not availables for New years eve, this prices will be published during the month of October.
• Check-in between 13:00 -> 15:00 hrs & from 17:00 hrs, No check-in service between 15:00 -> 17:00hrs.
• The day of departure the rooms must to be free before 12:00 hrs.

Booking Policy

• Minimum stay on weekends, 2 nights, except bank holidays, Christmas and during the month of August (consult minimum stay).
• Web Rate Cancellation policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charge. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100% of the first night.
• Non refundable web rate cancellation policy: Prepayed 100% of the stay If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charge & we will refund you the deposit payed.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100% of the stay for cancellation fees.
• Bookings of 4 rooms or more, will be necessary 100% deposit of the total of the booking (transference bank or credit card). Cancellations between 0-7 days before arrival, 100% fees.

• Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Red 6000
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child Policy (Adults only)

•  Cases Noves is not recommended for children under 10 years.
• After 10 years are considered adults.

Pet Policy

• Sorry to report that in Cases Noves, do not accept pets.
