We stayed at Cases Noves for a second time after our family treated us to a gift voucher for our 25th wedding anniversary. Due to covid travel restrictions we had to wait 2 years before we could get back!
As usual we we had a warm welcome from Toni and Sofi, fantastic hosts. We had the big bedroom at the top of the house this time, comfortable, well equipped and so quiet.
Our food was superb, expertly prepared and cooked by Sofi and served by Toni. What a gastronomic treat. I had the cheeks in a rich red wine sauce, it was a melt in your mouth triumph.
Breakfast was the usual food marathon consisting of 7 courses, mainly using local produce from butchers, bakers, fruit sellers etc.
Everything was fantastic.
Minutes after we left the next day, Toni called to say we had left a USB charger, a nice thing to do.
We shall return, next time in the summer for food and drinks on the terrace.
