First stay for two nights in room Aitana with a balcony. What more to add to Cases Noves? All the reviews are accurate but you have here to justify your experience!! The sheer spectacular views of Guadalest, the mountains and valley are so mesmerising and you don't have to do much but sit there and absorb the whole thing. What sets Cases Noves above from the other hotels is the care and detail. Toni and Sofia not only have a vision but passion and to execute the whole venture into this beautiful Cases Noves. After the check in, Toni takes you around all the indivual rooms on the ground floor ie TV room, music room, reading room, chimney room, dinning room and beautiful terrace. My bedroom was clean and compact with everything you would want and more. User friendly safety deposit box(a must for me), even tea/coffee maker, adequate toiletries, even a weight machine (I guess after Sofia superb meals! 😆😆) and a heat blower. My room faces the surrounding mountains and valley below. Each morning when I opened the balcony door, I was tempted to burst into "Don't cry for me Argentina" 😂😂😂 Next the superb, tasty and freshly cooked meals (all local ingredients) beautifully presented by Sofia. You always get a little extra starter and a Vino Valenciana Rosado and a liqueur to accompany your dessert. My fish was cooked to perfection on the first night and the Iberian pork on the second night was so tender. Toni takes care of the front of house, dinning and everything else!! Toni and Sofia are very friendly, most accommodating and helpful to ensure you will never forget your stay at Cases Moves!! Whlist I was there, there was a lot of repeat businesses from guests coming back for the third or fourth time!! I booked mine too for October!! For a small family business and with just the couple and some help (must not forget Sofia's mother too) they could offer such extreme high quality service is incredible!! This should be encouraged and hopefully more people would have the pleasure to enjoy and share Cases Noves. Both Toni & Sofia aim to please and that they sure DID with pleasure and smiles!!
